The Cooper test consists in running the greatest distance possible in 6 to 12 minutes at a steady pace.
This distance (in meters) divided by 100, gives the VMA (Maximum Aerobic Speed) km/ h o M/h.
For example, if running 1400 meters in 6 minutes, our VMA will be 14Km/h
By introducing the distance obtained (in meters) in "COOPER" screen, Qprun we calculated our VMA (in km/ h and min/km). Depending on the VMA obtained, we calculate the "estimated race times" and "rhythms of the series" training using coefficients (percentages VMA) defined in terms of the effort.
