Training system based on three key workouts per week:
- Speed workout or intervals.
- Tempo.
- Long Run.

After entering our best time to 5km in the "5K", QpRun proposes minimum and maximum thresholds for each type of session. Eses thresholds we get according to our reference time for 5Km, while adapting effort.

(Only QPRunEvo) In the "Planning" we will enter the data of the target race (distance and time) and the desired training weeks (12 or 16). With these data and the thresholds obtained in the "5K" generate the training schedule that is in "Calendar".

(Only QPRunEvo) "Planning" also provides the desired day for each type of training data that allow us to generate events in our personal calendar week.
